dogawa lives up to its reputation as an area that is made for raising children. There are several parks and plenty of support for bringing up a child. The area is full of greenery which color the streets during all four seasons. The Edogawa area provides plenty of areas suited for leisure and sports making it a great area to live and grow!

Located one minute away from Sunrise Kids International School on foot, you can not only enjoy the playground, you can also being near the Kamata River Walkway.
- Kamata River Walkway
Edogawa Ward Block 3
The waterway was opened in 1950 as an agricultural waterway to link Edogawa with the Kamata river, but in recent years it has found several new uses including a drainage system for homes as well as a covered walkway.
Along the waterway you may find everything from water treatment centers to temples and shrines, but in residential areas it takes on the role as a picturesque stream along a walking path, bordered by trees and plant life.

This sports area features a roller skating court, a man-made baseball boy’ baseball field, a softball field, a tennis court, a futsal court and an open field among other things making it an ideal spot for your sporting needs.
- Kodomo Miraikan (Children’s Future Hall)
The Miraikan was established on April 29th , 2010. This building features a children’s library on the first floor and a children’s academy on the second floor.
The library is filled with books and materials aimed at children and has several activities and events to promote reading amongst youth.
The academy features several activities promoting deep learning and is focused on stimulating curiosity in the mysteries of the world around us and beyond.
